Prices include Electricity, Gas, Bed Linen and Towels.
Deposits required: £100 per week for reservations in July & August, Christmas & New Year.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We welcome telephone and e-mail reservations and will hold a reservation
for four days pending receipt of deposit. We accept Visa/Mastercard/Switch credit
cards or payment by cheque to "Old Lifeboat
House ". The balance is payable in full one month before arrival.
Once the booking is confirmed you will be responsible for the balance of the
cost of the holiday, therefore you may wish to make your own arrangements for
cancellation insurance.
2 Your accommodation will be ready by 4.00 p.m. on the afternoon of arrival.
Departure time is by 10.00 a.m.
3 Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safety of guests, the accommodation
and equipment are used entirely at guest's own risk. No responsibility is accepted
for loss or damage to guests own property.
4 DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED in the Lifeboat Apartments.
5 For the comfort, health and safety of all our guests the Lifeboat Apartments are now NO SMOKING.
